FAQ

We are located in Kona on the west side of Hawaii Island. We are definitely willing to travel with a minimal extra cost.

Our current turnaround is 60-90 days from your event date. We do offer an expedited turnaround for a small fee.

1. We feel it is a great idea to not have guests using their phone cameras during the ceremony as it can block our shots and takes away from the moment.
2. Please make sure to let us know who you would like to surely see in the film as we are not able to capture everyone or pack everyone in a film. Especially for larger weddings.
3. If you are considering getting a full ceremony film please let us know in advance. Even if you may want to order it later, as it is a different filming set up.
